They are amazing, kept in touch throughout whole process. Kept in touch with insurance and rental. Hope I don't need them again, lol. Would absolutely 💯 work with again.
Great experience! I highly recommend them. Despite delays in certain parts ( not in their control) Samantha and the staff always kept me informed and was very transparent about me most likely having to wait on parts. They managed to fit me in and get the car done! ALS very convenient to drop off the rental car there!
Personal attention.
Would give 0 stars if I could, because they did nothing other than waste my time. Showed up at 8:30 to drop off my car for body work that was scheduled over a month ago. Was told “Sorry, we’re at 140% of capacity. We won’t even start your car for two weeks.” Was told that they’re now making appointments for 6 weeks out. Got a pathetic, half-hearted “Sorry for wasting your time.” As I walked out. I understand they may be over booked. I understand they may not know how to accommodate scheduled body work.
