Excellent experience with Caliber and Raul. I had some rear end damage that impacted my rear camera and radar systems. I went through insurance and it was extremely simple to set up my appts and rental car. They were friendly, clear in what repairs were being done, the timeline, and the pick up process. My repair was seamless and damage is undetectable now! Beautiful job!
They were booked out over 2 weeks, so I had to wait to get my windshield replaced. The technician showed up 5 minutes before the allotted window time ended. I had mentioned that my windshield wiper blade was stuck on, and without even attempting to remember ve it, refused to fix the windshield or work around it wiper blade. After waiting 2 weeks, he did not even attempt to windshield replacement.
Caliber is absolutely excellent. Great communication and service. I have used them multiple times in different locations and every time it’s been stellar.
