Excellent customer service!!
They really did a fantastic job. From dealing with the insurance company to the rental car company. Vehicle looked great when I got it back. Would have given 5 stars if they had remembered to replace both tail light covers on the first go around. I had to point it out to them that they missed it and then I had to return a few days later to complete a 5 minute job. But all in all I am satisfied with the quality of work on my vehicle.
I came in for a last minute estimate for a rear end collision. The ladies in the office were super friendly and helpful (I believe their names were Lacy and Ruby). If I find myself in a collision again, I will be going to Caliber.

They kept me updated throughout the entire repair process and went above and beyond to make sure everything was done right. My car looks brand new, and they even detailed it before returning it to me. I really appreciated how stress-free they made everything—highly recommend them if you're ever in need of bodywork or repairs!
