Fantastic company and people! They repaired my daughter's car MUCH faster than I expected they'd be able to, and they did a TERRIFIC job! They kept me informed through each stage of the process. They have my HIGHEST recommendation.
Terrible!! Please do not go there. They lie and tell you that you have OEM/factory parts but in reality they put after market parts or non compatible parts and Jerry rig it on your vehicle. I had to take my car back right after I picked it up. Just to be lied to by the general manager Laura and Dave that they would put all OEM parts. Instead they kept my car for about two weeks and kept all of the same after market parts & non compatible parts and continued to Jerry rig them into my vehicle. My car was damaged in a rear-end collision on a Sunday in LA County at 7:30pm. I was able to drive home which took 2 hours. By 11:00pm, Geico made an appointment to drop my Subaru off at Caliber Collision the next morning at 8:30 am with a reservation for a rental car via Enterprise. On Monday afternoon, I had a repair completion estimate for Friday for a total of 5 days.
