Caliber took longer than promised for my vehicle to get repaired was told parts were on back order. I guess they got tired of waiting and decided to use jb weld and now I can’t get the dealer to make a recall repair because it wasn’t fixed like it should
Brought my car into the Hollywood location after a little accident. Took less time than they originally estimated. Delivered the repaired car to my apartment and took my rental car with them. My Volvo looks great! Like I never crashed it. Shout-out to Mark in Alhambra for the great communication and stellar work. Really very impressed with the whole process.
