This team had my car fixed and finished without issue. They were professional and overly helpful. I always felt as though I knew what was happening with the repairs on my car. No hidden surprises. I wish every business knew how to communicate this effectively and efficiently with their customers.

I lost my side mirror and needed to replace it. After calling around, I found this shop. Most places wouldn’t give me a quote until they looked at the car. I talked to Caliber about timing and they were up front about the 1-2 day turn around when ordering a part. I was able to get the part from a nearby dealer that afternoon and Caliber promised to clear some time in the morning for the install.
