Communications could have been better. Communications with USAA Claims a major problem. Quality of work very good. Needed verification of parts replaced. M as u have padded the bill.
I received my car back, dusty, dirty which wasn’t given in that state. I don’t appreciate it at all. Everyone was super nice to me. I don’t let me car be dirty ever. Other than that, the service was great
Take too long, they don't have information on why parts are not coming in. It sounds like they only have one supplier and do not look for other answers to help the customer understand the delay.
