Issues w consistent communication, installing trust with the customer on doing what they said they were going to do, and scheduling issues with the pick up of my car and planning. Management aware of an issue with the mirror re-installation, function, and safety- which caused ordering a new mirror which resulted in same problem and still tried to return care to me without telling me of issue.
