CALIBER COLLISION is an excellent place for anyone looking for an auto shop. No need to look any further! CALIBER provides excellent customer service and high quality auto services. In addition its staff is well trained, polite and friendly. I worked with Kimberly Magana. Kimberly explained to me the entire process and made sure that communication was available via phone calls and or texts. Superb customer service!

I took my car here for bumper repair. They have great and friendly customer service. After dropping my car, they offered to call my rental car and arranged for me to get picked up. They talked to the insurance on repair estimate. The car got fixed within the time frame they promised. They kept me updated on my car repair. Overall they made it very easy from start to end.
