Just got my 02 Toyota 4Runner out of the shop. Nelson and the team did an excellent job sourcing the parts for my older vehicle and putting it back together after it was rear ended. Couldn’t have asked for much more! And finished ahead of schedule.
Caliber of Flower Mound applied a racing stripe to my daughter‘s Mini. The racing stripe turned brown. Caliber refused to refund or replace the stripe with the excuse that I should have researched racing stripes before purchasing the service from them. If they knew their product would fry on the hood of a car they should have so stated and I would not have paid them to apply the stripe. I got into an accident and had to get my car fixed while I was on my trip. The lady was super sweet but Nelson stole the show. We walked around my car and checked out letting me know the damage and how bad it was. I was updated every-time about my car, the pricing was good, and it was completed a couple days before its original time! Nelson was really good and took care of my car! Will be coming back everytime!!!
