Excellent customer service. General , Jonathan addressed my issue immediately. I had work done in April, 2024, at a different Caliber Collision location and a part became loose. True to their lifetime warranty, it was addressed and fixed within 15 minutes. My car was return washed and off I went. Penny, the office manager was super professional as well. Highly recommended. Very satisfied, very professional.

I had a very disappointing experience with Caliber Collision in Highland Park. I brought my car in after an accident that was not my fault — the other party’s insurance was involved. In my opinion, the damage was relatively minor — a scratched area that needed some paint work. However, my car ended up being held for two full weeks. Not really impressed with the service at all at the Highland Park center. I was rear-ended a couple months ago and was told to take my work van in to be looked at so they could order parts and schedule to have the work done. While at the meeting the gentleman told me before I brought in the van I had to remove my ladders for the roof rack which was no problem we opened my back doors and he saw everything that was in the back of my van and never said that anything inside had to be removed or relocated. The place was recommended by my insurance so I took it there. They were good at communicating progress and I had zero issues. Would go back if I ever need collision repairs again.
