Annette and the team at Caliber Collision did an incredible job repairing my Mercedes. They took care of all of the tedious details with my insurance company, gave me a ride to pick up a rental car and texted me almost every other day letting me know exactly what stage of repair my car was in. True professionals. I highly recommend Annette and the team. Thank you again!
I do not recommend this body shop. The customer service is very unpleasant, and the quality of repair is weak. This team needs more training both in the office and the repair team. The only person who is keeping this body shop going is the MANAGER, since he is more professional and provides good service, since I asked to speak with him due to poor service from his customerservice.
Terrible costumer service and they treated us horrible.
Caliber kept us well informed of process from start to finish, that was great. Good customer service. Explained all details when I picked up my vehicle.
