Absolutely amazing customer care! They were very thorough and finished my car before the initial date estimated! I recommend using caliber for anything car related!
Although my insurance ended declaring our vehicle a total loss, working with Service advisor Michael and front desk Cindy made for some clear communication. Michael answered additional questions I had about my vehicle's damage and risks of safety if we keep it. Upon request, Michael also shared the assessment report the he made and sent to the insurance company. Staff is very nice. I'll be back if i end up needing work done.
Everthing was so seamless and quick. From the moment I walked in, the ladies at the front counter were very welcoming and informative. Cody did a walk around with me and explained the whole process from start to finish and provided updates consistently until the job was completed. The vehicle looks great. What a terrible experience. Been 12 weeks and my vehicle is still not correct. After having a different shop look at me vehicle after being told the repairs where complete, THIS SHOP KNOWLING REASSEMBLED MY CAR WITH A SAFETY ISSUE!!!! They knowingly installed the forward radar on a broken bracket with a broken tab on the radar sensor. I had been waiting 1.5 weeks for a call back about this radar issue and nothing.
