We can not say enough good things about Caliber Collision at 1809 NMays in Round Rock. 3 times in the past 10 years Mr. Brian Anderson has helped us with 3 different vehicles even though they do not accept our insurance. We went on 6/29/26 wanting to do a self pay. Mr. Anderson grabbed a bottle of cleaner, cleaned off a bad scuff mark and did not even charge us. They always go above and beyond to help us. I would recommend their business to anyone needing auto body repair.
It’s never a good situation when you need repairs like this, but I am so grateful I chose this shop. The front desk staff was informative and polite. When I met the mechanic he was patient and listened to my concerns. He insured me that “he had it from here” and it showed when my vehicle was complete.
Got my Cadillac done here and was very happy and satisfied. Customer service is very helpful. Only thing was they forgot to put a part for my door handle but they said they will get it right get the part if needed. But over all very easy to deal with.
