Great service. Good work. Good communication.
Experiencing car damage is never convenient but Caliber Collision made it very manageable. I was able to get an appointment for an estimate quickly. Their partnership with Enterprise was awesome as the rental car was delivered there when I dropped my car off and I could end the rental at Caliber when my car was done. I received text messages with updates and my car was completed earlier than expected. Customer service was excellent. I highly recommend if you find yourself needing auto body work.
Gotta love how dishonest they are in order to charge me thousands of dollars. Went somewhere else and they were honest about everything!
They do excellent work! I am very satisfied with the results.
Keep pushing the time back and back and more back horrible customer service. Told me it would be done Wednesday then pushed it to Thursday and now Friday. Told me 10AM then told me 2PM-3PM and now it’s pushed to 4:35 PM
