Very responsive and service is above and beyond!
I’ve had several experiences with auto body shops and this was painless! I had an estimate from the dealership for over $1100 and Caliber’s bill was a little over $800. They sent regular text messages to keep me apprised of each step. Then when I picked up my car I realized they washed the car and cleaned the interior!
After someone hit my car in a parking lot and damaged the passenger front fender, I took my SUV to Caliber Collision for the necessary repairs. The workmanship was excellent. They kept in contact with me regularly to update me on the progress of the repairs. The repairs included replacing the fender and repairing a small area of the bumper. Caliber Cottage Grove did a phenomenal job repairing my truck after an accident. The service was outstanding. Mario kept me updated regularly and went an extra mile on identifying the damage, The front desk staff, including, Jennifer and Morgan an assistant were always nice and eager to help. I give the Cottage grove staff 10 out of ten and the repairs 10 out of 10.
