End product was good but zero communication , no estimate prior to work , was told I would receive follow up phone calls etc and not once except the day I was to pick up did I get a call. Would not do business with them again.
Shoutout to Morgan and the Caliber team for the amazing customer service. Without sharing more detail than necessary, this experience could have been very stressful. Not only did they do great work, but Morgan and the mgmt team went above and beyond to help my family and I while we were down a vehicle. I highly recommend this group.
Do NOT give this company your phone number. I made the mistake of filling out a glass repair quote on their website months ago and I still get robocalls from them daily. I blocked the number and will never do business with them.
I would not recommend. Not trustworthy with my property.
