Great customer service and quality repairs.
Manny was a great point of contact kept me updated throughout the whole process. Caliber was able to make my appointment, receive my car'provide me a quote, and give me an extremely reasonable timetable to completion. All of that happened before my insurance adjuster reached out, she even began to explain how the process that was completed was to go. Very professional and polite staff. They went above and beyond to help us get our vehicle fixed. The repair was done within the estimated time frame and they even helped us return the loaner car we rented. I was very impressed with the level of care and professionalism.
I was blown away by the amazing service I received from Service Advisor Mario Robles at this location (36705 Perez Rd, Cat City). Because insurance was not involved, he had me in and out in about an hour, and the damage is completely gone. The doors look almost new. If I ever need bodywork again, Caliber Collision is where I'm going.
