I recently had my car repaired at this body shop after a minor accident, and I couldn't be happier with the entire experience. I just had an insurance repair at Caliber in Cathedral city. Because the insurance company had screwed up and taken forever to approve the repairs, it was going to take much longer, and I would lose my rental car. They did everything they could to rush the repairs and got it done much sooner. Brian stayed in touch with me the whole time and the entire rest of the staff was helpful, friendly, and professional. In the future, this is my go to place for car body repairs.
My insurance company (AAA) recommended repairs be done at Caliber after my parked car was hit in the parking lot of a grocery store. A couple of my neighbors did too. In glad I took their advice. I feared the experience was going to be traumatic. It was far from that. Friendly, professional, and artists at their craft. I highly recommend Caliber should you have the misfortune of needing such service.
Manny was excellent. Super thorough and great communication. Highly recommend.
