When we dropped the car off, mom had lost the keys in a hole that was inside of her purse. A young lady in the office helped her find them and was very patient with her! Very nice! Leslie kept us informed every step of the way. She tracked down parts and was able to get them shipped in in a timely matter. The staff has great customer service skills. I would definitely refer others to this location and use them again if needed.
I had a very disappointing experience with this collision repair shop. I brought my vehicle in to have previous repairs—done by them—rechecked. The manager told me he would call me the next day with an update, but I never heard back. After waiting several days, I followed up myself, only to be told that my repairs were no longer under warranty. The lack of communication and accountability was extremely frustrating. Great job and great service! I was very grateful that they were able to get my car repaired so quickly from the recent hail storm so quickly.
