Excellent work along with excellent customer service!
Caliber Collision is a top-notch body repair shop. I visited the Costa Mesa, California location located on Pomona avenue. They went above and beyond the repairs needed for my vehicle and it looks better than it did before my collision. I recently had my Honda Fit repaired at the 1622 Pomona Ave location of Caliber Collision. From scheduling with Margaret to follow up communication with Ezra and Jose and final touches with Victor, my experience was above-par. Excellent customer service and quality of repair. I can confidently highly recommend this location of Caliber Collision and the associated staff.
Stopped by for an estimate to repair my front cover, and the shop was able to help me reattach the bumper at no cost! Caliber definitely made a lifetime customer!
