Sad to say I’m very disappointed. The first issue was the fact that there messaging service sent me messages saying my car was in the final stages of repair and it actually wasn’t. Service rep Ryan told me unfortunately there’s nothing they can do to fix it smh. So for almost 3 weeks straight I received messages saying my car was in the final stages of repair and it wasn’t. 2nd the repairs took so long the shop did take money off the deductible and also offered a rental.
