I recently had a "minor meeting" with another vehicle in FL on the day I was leaving to move cross-country. They call the rental car company to come and get you. they keep you very informed about the whole thing the whole time and they were ready early. They're also willing to do additional repairs like scratches on adjacent panels for less $ since you're already getting work done. Just gotta ask. Very nice and professional.
Caliber Collision staff remembered me by name and attended to my needs immediately. They were courteous, patient and accommodating. I got a schedule for my vehicle within 2 days. I want to recognize Dave and Thomas.
