I was very pleased with the quality of service and work. They went out their way to make sure to keep me informed of the progress and of any issues. The staff and management were professional and knowledgeable. I would recommend them to anyone needing auto body work.
The Caliber staff dealt with my insurance. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and answered all my questions. They kept me informed throughout the process. The drop off and pick up of my car was fast and efficient. They fixed and painted my back bumper. They did a beautiful job.
Body work and paint (hood damage feom flying object on freeway) were well done. Work was completed on time. Communications from the facilitator were helpful, concise, and just frequent enough. All the staff were friendly, respectful, and professional.
My vehicle repair was done very quickly and it looked amazing! The staff were all very professional and courteous, keeping me informed through the process. I could tell the manager, Zeb, really cares about quality and customer satisfaction.
