The door to my car was misaligned and would not close properly. I brought my car to Caliber Collision for repair because they have done body work on my car previously for unrelated damages. The lady I spoke to took the car to the shop and repaired the door within 20 minutes. I was expecting to be charged several hundred dollars. To my surprise, she didn’t charge me anything. I highly recommend Caliber Collision. They do great work and value their customers.

Caliber Manassas is amazing!! It was such a breeze getting my car repaired by them. From the moment I called to schedule a time to come in to the time I picked my car up. They have pretty good availability, consistent communication, and got my car repaired two weeks before they’re estimated date. Cherry on top for me was that they also had an enterprise specialist ready with a rental vehicle within 5 minutes ( I didnt let them know until I got in the shop that I wanted to utilize enterprise’s rental services).
