Very disappointed with this collision repair shop. From the beginning, we discussed additional scratches on our vehicle that were outside of the insurance-approved repairs, and we made it clear we were willing to pay out of pocket to have them fixed. We have photos with the scratches circled by the shop labeled “COD” confirming the areas that needed attention were acknowledged and viewed by the shop in the beginning. This was my second repair with Caliber Collision, and once again, the experience was excellent. Both repairs were from accidents that were not my fault, and each time my vehicle was returned looking like new.
