My car was in an accident and I I went to them. From the first day before my care even arrived I spoke to Grace, hope I am spelling her name right...lol She made me feel good and let me know what would be the steps which made me feel comfortable. Throughout the entire time my car was there I would receive text and phone calls which made me feel at ease. They are professional, kind and get the job done.
I had an outstanding experience with Caliber Collision. Unfortunately, my vehicle was involved in an accident, and I chose to go with Caliber for the repairs. I promptly contacted Grace, who demonstrated both politeness and professionalism. Most importantly, she remained well-informed and provided updates at every stage.
