I was beyond pleased with the service I received at Caliber Collision. Ari, Grace and Ivanka were extremely kind and walked me through each step of the process. Communication here is exceptional!!! I was notified on average every 48-72 hours about the status of my vehicle. The craftsmanship of my repair was excellent!! I will definitely consider Caliber Collision for any future repairs or referrals.
SCAM ALERT!! I brought my car in to get repairs from an accident I’d had. My car had NO OTHER ISSUES prior dropping the car off. Since I picked up my car I noticed that my headlights won’t turn on. I called caliber collision on Columbus d and their only solution was for me to PAY for them to fix what they messed up! This is unacceptable! THESE PEOPLE ARE SCAMMERS!! I will never recommend them to anyone!
