It took them a total of 6 months between this location and Cumming to repair my vehicle, which still isn’t good but I can’t deal with them anymore. Plastic trim was improperly installed, orange peel paint work, bubbles in decals, strange noises from rear end over speed bumps. They carelessly pried off trim pieces meant to be reused, now I have permanent marks and bends in them. I also got my truck back full of white dust, I can only assume is from paint prep. I always trust these folks with my car! It always looks better than when I got it, and this time was no exception! Carlos was communicative throughout the whole process, and I even got to stop by and see my car as it was being repaired. 10/10!
Amazing customer service! Michael was friendly, professional, and very helpful. He made the whole experience smooth and easy. Highly recommend.
I’m so pleased with service done at this location. I’ve unfortunately had poor service with it comes to car repair. I’m really impressed with how the gentleman named Michael kept me in the loop with the status of my wife’s car as they were fixing it. Hopefully I won’t need any more service soon, but if I do I will definitely bring my business back here with him and this shop.
