Always recommend the team at Caliber Duluth! Melissa is fantastic and Michael kept me informed through the whole process. Glad to have my car back looking better than new Edit 4/28/26 after finding several of my items to be missing from my vehicle I’m deeply disappointed with the staff at Caliber. While my vehicle was in their possession they did not take the proper procedures to ensure my vehicle was locked and my items were to be accounted for.

The team there was great. They explained how the repair would be complete using original Kia parts. The paint matched perfectly. They got my vehicle back earlier thanbi had expected. Even tough my insurance covered everything the prices wrebreasonably.
I had a great experience with Caliber Collision. They replaced my passenger-side headlamp quickly and professionally, and everything looks perfect now. The staff was friendly, communicated clearly throughout the process, and made everything smooth from start to finish. On top of that, they even gave my car a courtesy wash, which was a nice extra touch and definitely appreciated. It’s small details like that that make a difference. I’d definitely recommend them to anyone needing quality repair work and good customer service.
