Not sure what happened with here, but we were told the parts would be in within a week or two. Six weeks later, we finally got the call that the parts were in. One part, however, was faulty…twice. Ironically, the same parts we waited on were delivered within a day or two. Took way longer from start to finish than expected. The customer rep was great once the parts were in. Highly recommend Caliber Collision out of Auburn Ca. They did a magnificent job on my vehicle.
Very professional. From the first appointment, to the finished product, I felt 100% taken care of. No one ever wants to go through accident repair, but if you have to, this place will make you feel confident in getting your car back to the way it was. Highly recommend!
