I was absolutely thrilled with my recent Caliber experience. My service advisor Taren Twomey did excellent job explaining the repair process and expected turn around time. She kept me updated through the process. Also, I was pleasantly surprised that my car was ready ahead of schedule and was thoroughly washed in vacuumed.
My wife's car was hit while parked. Caliber was one of the shops that worked directly with our insurance, and since they were close, we chose them. Quality of the work was excellent, our service rep kept us updated with progress, and the job was completed several days early. Caliber helped us make the best of a bad situation, I highly recommend.
