My experience with Caliber Collision was excellent from start to finish. The process was smooth and stress-free, and the team was professional and welcoming. Alberto kept me informed every step of the way with great communication and even helped me get reimbursed for a tow hitch I didn’t think my insurance would cover. I was absolutely thrilled with my recent Caliber experience. My service advisor Taren Twomey did excellent job explaining the repair process and expected turn around time. She kept me updated through the process. Also, I was pleasantly surprised that my car was ready ahead of schedule and was thoroughly washed in vacuumed.
My wife's car was hit while parked. Caliber was one of the shops that worked directly with our insurance, and since they were close, we chose them. Quality of the work was excellent, our service rep kept us updated with progress, and the job was completed several days early. Caliber helped us make the best of a bad situation, I highly recommend.
