Manny and George turned a very irritating incident, into a seamless process. George kept me informed almost every other day via text message, there was never a moment when I didn't know what was going on with my vehicle. He even went above and beyond and physically went TO Hyundai to pickup a part that they were waiting 2 days on in order to get me back into my vehicle in a timely manner. I brought my car back 2 days after repairs for a blotch spot which Manny waxed and buffed away with no problem. My baby is good as new
My car was hit and since I had taken another car to Caliber before, I chose them to repair my car. Wonderful staff, positive attitude. They kept me informed daily of the progress. Texted Enterprise to come and pick me up so I could get a rental.
