I am extremely dissatisfied with the craftsmanship demonstrated by your team, which has resulted in dents underneath my denail emblem and glue dripping off the letters. The outside company utilized for rim reconditioning did a subpar job. It appears that your quality control department has low standards for inspecting work done by the body shop and third-party vendors. Jessi and the Caliber Collision team made my experience go really well, She was very transparent and honest. She went above and beyond for my wife and I. The crew does very quality work.
