I had a minor paint and dent repair done here, and they did a great job. Jeff is fantastic at his job, he kept me up to date during the entire process and addressed any and all questions I had.

Top notch from the get go. Staff were off the cart being so helpful. I felt very much cared for. Didn't meet the mechanic but the work was first rate. They send at least one text a day letting you know how things are progressing. I appreciated that. A company well run.

My experience with caliber collision of Lake Jackson was fantastic! The receptionist along with the rest of the staff was very attentive. My service advisor Jeff Crawford was very professional and kept me updated every step of the way of the process of getting my truck repaired. I would definitely use them again due to the great customer service.

I’ve unfortunately, been in 2 incidents the last 2 years where I’ve needed to have work done to my 4Runner. Hands down, both times, the easiest and best process, great communication, sincere, honest, and not crazy over priced. I’d definitely recommend. Time and time again.
