Went to the place as it was close and in network with the insurance company. Polite people and they got the job done. Initial communication problems with people taking time off but hey - it was summer and people deserve a break. Plus, it pissed my SO off more than me. Easy check out - just paid my deductible and picked up the keys. Car looked as new. No issues so far - plus got their warranty. Recommend this business.
I called several body shops from the insurance company’s recommended list. Caliber gave me an appointment right away. The front desk person informed me of the procedures and answered all my questions. He also took care of all the insurance claimed documents.
