They do excellent work, but the service and responsiveness leaves something to be desired. I brought my vehicle in for some relatively simple body panel repair on a Tuesday; they said it would be done by next Friday. I came back Thursday to grab something I left out of the vehicle and the guy working on it said it could be done by next Monday, but then it wasn't. Okay, no problem, back to the original plan.
