Just perfect work
I had a horrible experience with customer service. 10 days my car was in the shop and there was no follow up or update. I called in 4 times to the front desk. Each time they say my car representative was not available. I told them to give me a call back. Never got one. The only communication I got was from their caliber collision bot text system that keeps saying your car repair is underway … please check carwise website for more info.
