I had a mixed experience with this Caliber Collision branch. It was recommended to me by my insurance company. The shop did repair my car, but they were sloppy with the work. There were loose and missing screws on different parts of my car. There’s also a rattling noise now that I didn’t have before. The staff also weren’t the most communicative. They did get the job done, but I left with an unpleasant experience. It wasn’t what I expected based on the other reviews I’ve seen here.
