My car was hit while parked on the street in a local neighborhood. The person's insurance, who hit me, covered the repair. They chose this body shop for the repairs. I am so glad they did! I worked with Shayne, who went over all the details with me, prior to repairs and when picking up my car. He also stayed in contact with me throughout the repair process with updates. Misty at the front desk is so good at what she is doing and knowledgeable. Chris handled everything very promptly and was amazing. Everyone seems to be working so well with each other that you can tell it is a good work environment. Brian was also very pleasant and gave me a ride back home the first day. I have been to another caliber collision in the area and this one was is leagues above it. The work on the car was also excellent.
I am extremely satisfied with the work on my vehicle as well as the communication throughout the process.
Highly recommended. You feel safe in a situation you never experienced before.
