Great customer service. Made a bad situation into a great experience
My wife's brand new fancy Volvo car was whomped in the side, and after vetting all the body shops (collision repair) in the area we decided on Caliber. And we're happy we did. From Brandy on the phone to Jade at the desk and especially to Matt our service advisor we could not have been happier with the experience. The work was absolute perfection, too. (And the vehicle hand-washed before we picked it up.) Impressive.
