They kept me updated throughout the whole process, they were very professional and responsive. And to top it all off, the car looks AMAZING, literally better than the day I bought it. Highly highly recommended Additional Edit* I ended up having to go back to Calliber because my car got hit twice over the last winter, and they are still providing the best customer service I have ever seen. Not only that, but my car looks amazing. Thankyou so much yall
Upon arrival, I was greeted very courteously by Mike. Mike became my Service Advisor. He said that he would do all he could to get my car repaired quickly. He kept me updated by texting me everyday. I expected it to take more than a week to repair. I dropped the car off on Wednesday. My car was ready to pick up the following Tuesday. Needless to say, I was very pleased!
2023: Excellent experience. Work was done professionally and within the time stated. Mike was exceptional in keeping us informed of the progress along the way. 2026, Nathan was extremely helpful on an additional incident and completed work well within the stated time.
