The staff at Caliber Collision were friendly and polite, but the experience was incredibly frustrating. They told me the repairs were complete, but some body panels were clearly installed incorrectly and had to be redone. Much worse, they let me drive off knowing the accelerator wasn’t working — only after I struggled to get the car back to their shop did they mention that they knew there was an issue, which they then claimed was preexisting.
