The complete staff at Caliber Collision on Springhill Avenue in Mobile, AL are the bomb! Those people went above and beyond in Customer Service, repair, cleaning, everything they were supposed to do or not, was done to the point of exception. My car looks dynamically awesome! Speaking with customer service was subpar. I was told that Caliber could not help me and there wasn’t one in my area. I live across the street from Caliber. I called to set up an appt and was told that I didn’t need an appt and to just drop the car off. I asked about the rental and he said we will take care of it. I then spoke to someone else who actually scheduled a drop off time and was told again that they would have my rental set up and I didn’t need to do anything.
