Initial estimate was for minor bumper repair with insurance involvement. After some discussion, Jose told me that if I wanted to leave my insurance out of it, he could replace the entire bumper for only a small amount over what I would have had to pay for my deductible. I was very happy about this, because I had wanted to get a new bumper for many years. It had previously been replaced, but the paint job failed. Made appointment through insurance (GEICO) company. CC wouldn’t accept the appointment unless we went through them and wanted to provide their own estimate that ended up being notably higher than a subsequent body shop.
Highly recommend this business. I had a issue with my car that could have been an expensive repair. I was able to get in for an estimate within the hour. They were able to repair it and made my car drivable in a few minutes. I'm so grateful to know there are good, ethical repair businesses close to home.
