John and the team were great! This is the best experience that I've had with a body shot. The vehicle was meticulously cleaned inside and out, which seems to be unusual these days. Other shops just wash the outside but don't pay attention to the inside. I really appreciate Caliber going above and beyond!

I really appreciate the clear communication and updates that Tony and the team they are provided. They finished to head to schedule andalso cleaned up my car more than it had ever been cleaned before I picked it up. It was such a nice treat after an unfortunate event.
