I will NEVER recommend Caliber Collision Auto body shop to anyone.. I picked my car up. It was making noise that it wasn’t making before it went to the shop. I picked my car up with multiple scratches on it and ripped a seat and a slow leak in my tire. I also went the whole summer without my vehicle. My vehicle went in the shop in June. I didn’t get my vehicle back till the end of August and the communication skills are way off the communication skills is TERRIBLE they messed my car up. I was very pleased with the customer service from Torrance and repairs made by Rolo (Rolando). Torrance was upfront about the estimated time and repair process. In addition, he kept me up-to-date on the repairs. When I picked up my truck, the repairs were unnoticeable and expertly completed. I will definitely recommend this specifi Caliber Collision Auto Shop.
Incredible experience with this shop! They communicated with me throughout the entire repair process and got the job done so quickly. I was also very pleasantly surprised to see they have cleaned some of the inside of my car for me. I will absolutely come back here if my car needs work in the future.
Stay far away from this place!!! They stole my front and back tiers off of my car and the rim hub as well
