This shop was efficient and made the ordeal of a collision repair very acceptable.
It hurts to give this review, because I actually like Caliber as a company, however my experience with the mechanic/tech was terrible. Upon receiving my car there were many missing parts, of which I had to either go back and waste more days at the repair center or fix them myself. The paint job was also full of blemishes. I was so fed up I just told myself to live with the problems, rather then waste $20 dollars in gas to keep driving back and forth.
