Outstanding service start to finish. Body work came out perfectly. Highly recommended!
Nice facility, people were easy to work with.
They did okay work. So far no complaints, but the lady up front is really short and kind of rude for no reason, I'm young. My car was hit while it was parked. I just have questions. Don't need to be short with me. I was going to ask more questions but obviously they were just going to be answered in a rude tone, so in the future if I do ever need work I'll go somewhere where people pretend to enjoy their job at least. Edit: the question I had was about this so-called warranty that they offer.
Very professional and helpful. Caliber was definitely on top of what was going on with my repairs and reached out to keep me informed along the way!
