The Folsom Caliber Collision location was absolutely fantastic throughout the whole process. It was my first time getting my car repaired after a rear end accident and they were so helpful especially Marty. He went above and beyond. Thank you to all the staff!
I have been using Caliber Collision for years on several different cars and the work is high quality.
Had a very bizarre experience with the folks at Caliber on 300 Auto Plaza Drive. Our vehicle was damaged in a hit and run, and due to previous great experience with Caliber, they were at the top of my list to call. We walked in and explained our situation and were greeted with a rude "do you have an appointment?" when there was no one in the lobby whatsoever.
