Great experience. Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Repairs were excellent. Very timely service.
Awful. I couldn't make the time estimator wanted me to come in because my husband was having eye surgery. So with the USAA agent on the phone Brandon rescheduled it for 3pm on November 12th. Needless to say he didn't change the time and receptionist thought I was crazy. So upset! Not going there again.
I had a great experience here. This was my first time using any Caliber Collision. Customer service was great and to the point. They made dropping off my car super easy. I really enjoyed the constant communication throughout the repair process. It made the wait less stressful. Big shout out to Mike for being clear about everything that was done to my car when I went to pick it up. Over all I do recommend coming here for the service and communication.
Fast and friendly. Would have rated five but still waiting for a small part to complete the job.
