Don't visit this location and go elsewhere. The service advisor Omar was very unprofessional had zero updates, no communication and lacked etiquette. Such a rude employee! There are other Caliber Collision Centers that would love your business. Omar should seek employment elsewhere if he can't handle his job duties. If the manager does see this review, I am expecting your call. Very disappointed!
Excellent customer and car repair service!
The process was not painful and stressful. I appreciate it, especially since me and my family were going through so much at the time. It was comforting to know that with all the other uncertainty happening, I was able to count on Caliber collision and the Team to get my car back to me in wonderful condition.
