Caliber Collision in RSM is an excellent body shop. I recently used them for repairs after an accident and was very happy with both the service and the results. Daniel was great to work with…knowledgeable, friendly, and he kept me updated throughout the repair process. Accidents are stressful enough, and his people skills made the whole experience much easier. The repairs were finished ahead of schedule, and my car is now in better-than-pre-accident condition. I highly recommend Caliber Collision!

Ashley at Caliber was fantastic to work with. She was professional, communicative, and went above and beyond throughout the process. She even helped touch up a few paint chips on my Tacoma, which I really appreciated. Great customer service and attention to detail. Highly recommend working with Ashley! Would recommend anyone to go to Caliber in Rancho Santa Margarita!
Very professional and extremely courteous. I was messaged daily of the progress and was constantly kept informed of what was going on. The car looked great when I picked it up too. Inside and out.
