The staff were courteous, however the finishing of the work did not fully meet my expectations. The same issue required multiple visits to resolve, and I had to return three times in total. While the matter was eventually addressed, improved attention to detail and quality checks could help provide a smoother experience for customers.
This is my third experience with Caliber Collision. They’ve repaired hail damage, damage from being side swiped, and some major damage from my truck being stolen and recovered. Workmanship has always been excellent, work has always been completed in a timely manner, and the paint has always matched the older paint best I can tell perfectly. I give them 5 stars for all three visits.
