Rhea was a fantastic service advisor at the Schertz location.
Finished my repairs ahead of scheduled, just in time for the holidays.
Do not take your car here if you value it at all. I took my car to this Calliber location after it was severely damaged and have had to return it three times (and am about to have to return it a fourth) because they did such a poor job. They repeatedly told me it was fixed, and then I would find a glaring issue almost immediately. I don’t know much about cars, but I know if it’s making a grinding sound immediately upon driving it, the car is not fixed. They drove it from one location to another, so they 100% knew.
