Got my car serviced in December. Excellent service. Rhea was great!!
Absolutely worst repair I've seen and dealt with. They owe me an emblem they keep saying they "ordered." I went over a month without hearing from them. They also painted a section above my bumper incorrectly and told me it looked fine. The bumper is also on crooked it's tight on the passenger side and a 2 in gap on the driver side. I was told it's supposed to look like that. I had to get the insurance company involved because once they were paid, they were done. Was rear ended and had to have full frame replacement. Was skeptical of anyone doing this work. However, had positive experience with this location two years ago. Jason and his team exceeded all expectations. Work was done in a timely fashion. I was updated frequently. All questions and scenarios were answered honestly. My truck looks and drives great! If I did not know, could not tell frame was replaced and rear end repaired. Cannot be more satisfied with this location, team, and work.
