I have used them for 3 repairs on my Ford Explorer. Each time, they exceeded my expectations. They always finish earlier than estimated and they make everything easy. Shortly after I had a repair to my car door, my husband accidentally scratched the same area. I took the car back and asked them to fix the scratch fully expecting to pay for the repair but they buffed the scratch out while I waited and did it as a courtesy with no charge. I will always choose them.
Very pleased with the final outcome. I originally had a major issue with a miscommunication over a second estimate of work, whether Caliber would take the work, and whether I was going to move forward with Caliber. After Caliber’s Conflict Resolution Manager Cory got involved, Caliber quickly moved from unresponsive and challenging to work with, to bending over backwards to make things right.
