I recently visited the Caliber Collision location on Slater Avenue in Huntington Beach. I am pleased to report that the customer service was exceptional, and the repair work performed on my truck was flawless. My sincere gratitude to the entire Caliber Collision team.

Sam is the reason I bring my cars to this location. He is professional, courteous, and genuinely a pleasure to work with. He always takes the time to thoroughly explain the situation with my cars in detail.
Had 2 horrible experiences with this Caliber. Communication on the first repair was very poor. Repair took 5 days longer than I was originally told. Repair was not done well where I had to bring my vehicle back for warranty repair. Communication on that was non existent. I had to call multiple times to get updates. Quality of work was not the best. I would highly recommend to go to any other shop if possible. I won’t be bringing my vehicle back here even if it’s a warranty repair. I would rather go anywhere else.
