Brought for an insurance claim. When i went to pick up my car . The bumper had deep chip of paint missing. And grill was not replaced. Clearly Management does not inspect work before giving car back. Had to leave it for a second time.
I have been going to this Car Repair Service for the past 3 decades, long before it was Caliber Coliision. It was Sunset Auto Repair and Paint. The transition was seamless! CUSTOMER service Front Desk and the Service Representative were courteous, kind, respectful, and most profession! Both of them deserve a pay raise! As a retired business owner, both of them are valued employees and deserve a pay raise!
