Quality paint work and repair of multiple scratches and several deep gouges in metallic paint with clear coat on my Genesis G80 Sport. Good communication throughout. The repair took a bit longer than I expected, but they delivered as promised, and when they said it would be done, and they kept me up to date with calls and text messages. Pro work--good as new. [This review, for work done in 2021 somehow ended up on the Richland Hills location near FW apparently. Never been there. This is for the McNeil Rd location in Austin]
I would absolutely recommend Caliber. Ken kept in touch throughout the entire repair, notifying me of any changes to the plan, delays, progression, and a very accurate estimated time to pickup. They technicians did an amazing job, even going as far as pointing out separate paint damage to my hood and pointed out my possibility for warranty work through the manufacturer, something I would’ve missed otherwise.
