I went to this body shop today because of an issue with my bumper. Michael was very helpful in giving me an estimate and explained everything in detail. Then there was the technician, Joe—he must be very experienced, because after his repair work, you couldn’t tell at all that my bumper had ever been dented.
I read reviews and usually get an idea of what kind of company I am dealing with before hand. This 5 star review is based on my experience with the job performed and I will say it was excellent. I was kept informed on the status of the repair almost daily. From the moment I walked, I was greeted by professional staff and I felt like I was in good hands. They did an excellent job and the staff, from the front desk to the mechanics shop, were all very nice. I highly recommend this location for your repair job.
I am incredibly satisfied with my experience at Caliber Collision in Glendora! The service is professional, welcoming, and helpful. The repairs were finished on schedule, and I was updated throughout the entire process! My car looks brand new! I highly recommend this shop and will definitely be coming back for future repair needs.
Great shop. I brought in my Toyota Camry for some front end repairs and everything went smoothly. I was updated throughout the whole process and i was appreciative of how informative and professional the staff was. Definitely will be taking any future work here.
