Caliber was great. Repairs were completed quickly and done great. Lupe and Suzie made me feel like family service was top tier!!
I want to say how blown away I was with the quality of service. Michael was amazing. He was caring and reassuring. He was professional at the same time down to earth. He made me feel like my car was in good hands. He gave me a date and time for the repairs to be done. He didn't disappoint. He went above and beyond. He truly is a nice guy. Use caliber collision service at Glendora three times and they have been excellent every single time. They kept me up-to-date, and my car was fixed when they said it would be.
The repair to my vehicle was flawless. Among other issues, the car my car tangled with left a streak of black plastic fused to my passenger door from the drivers side view mirror just barely rubbing under my passenger side view mirror, but with the force of two moving cars. I was told they repaired it by taking it down to bare metal and building it back up again. Whatever they did, they did it right. There is no evidence that it even happened.
This shop has help our family with our vehicles a few times. One of them replacing a catalytic convertor during the holiday season right before Thanksgiving break. We got our vehicle from Caliber super fast. Staff is always willing to answer any questions we might have . The work is done right and I appreciate their help.
