This is the second review I've ever written, and if I could give less than a 1-Star, I would. My wife's brand-new GMC suffered a hit-and-run. Caliber Collision (CC) had the GMC for a week to assess. Without acknowledgment or consent, CC removed the door and informed my wife that the GMC was on backorder and that it would have to wait. CC would not release the car until the deductible was paid. Caliber Collision Torrance on 190th is the place to go if you need your car taken care of! From start to finish easy process, communicated well and the end result was phenomenal ! Took in my truck for repairs was quoted a price and that’s what I paid no extra hidden fees. Andrew and John made the process quick and easy. Will definitely recommend to family & friends .
Excellent service, I heard about Caliber Collision provide excellent service from a friend before, and they really prove it today. Took my car to Caliber Collision for the estimate due to a hit and run incident, turns out I can just buff out the scratch and the results were amazing. I went to Caliber Collision for an estimate on a new bumper, passenger fender, and mirror. To be sure I wasn’t overpaying, I also got quotes from the dealership and another local shop. Caliber quoted me $4,000—while both the dealership and the other shop quoted between $1,800–$2,000 for the exact same work. That’s more than double! The price difference is absolutely unreasonable. Be cautious—only come here if you’re okay with paying way more than necessary.
Brought my car in had a problem with the other repair shop and getting what I wanted. The whole TEAM at CALIBER COLLISION is the happiest place in the world. I got what I was expecting got what I needed if ever again needed that for the place I’m gonna go and I highly recommend it😁.
