Took my car here to deal with some paint scratches. Set up by insurance company. David Lopez was the person I saw. The insurance company mistakenly sent me here but this location doesn’t handle Porsches. Even so, David looked at my car and offered to try buffing out the scratches. They were able to get it out so we didnt have to send the car to the OC location. Saved me a lot of time and trouble. They definitely went above and beyond. The entire process was easy and efficient. Highly recommend Caliber.
This companys love to overprice body repair jobs I bring my car to get quote for a rapair but guess what they say they couldn't match the paint color and paint the car because it has a after market lip is ok but they make a rapair estimate for 986.00 and some cents that was a lowest rapair costs it was a deal because another shop wouldn't do the job for that price because the estimate is too low but guess what if they do the job they overcharge a lot I have a friend that bring his car for the same damage and they charge arou... read more
Dropped off a beautiful Winnebago Van RV (still smelled new) for collision repair to the rear corner. There was no internal or damage to the RV functionality. Their quote was $13,401. Caliber Collision proceeded to gut the RV (see attached picture). 11 months after I had dropped the RV at Caliber it was still gutted, and now at the Mercedes shop for a bad transmission. Bear in mind this Van drove great when I dropped it off, but after 10 months of sitting the transmission had frozen. The costs at this point were Caliber - $1... read more
