This is the second review I've ever written, and if I could give less than a 1-Star, I would. My wife's brand-new GMC suffered a hit-and-run. Caliber Collision (CC) had the GMC for a week to assess. Without acknowledgment or consent, CC removed the door and informed my wife that the GMC was on backorder and that it would have to wait. CC would not release the car until the deductible was paid. She paid it. CC put the door back on and closed the claim. CC has not returned any calls, nor will they honor the work they began but... read more
