Excellent work and customer service – I have been to Star Collision two times and each time I have been greeted by a very clean facility, friendly staff, and quick response times to service work. Both visits were seperate incidents and done properly the first time and done quickly. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.
Horrible Communication & didn't even fix everything! – I wouldn't recommend CarStar to anyone! I can't believe how long it took for them to repair my car and the delay in returning my phone calls. I think 3.5 weeks is a bit long for fixing a door and rear quarter panel but maybe I am wrong. The worst part is, they didn't fix everything and actually broke things on the car. 1) The driver?s side interior door handle was pulled loose and several trim pieces on the rear deck have snaps broken off and now rattle when the radio is... read more
