Only one complaint and that is that a sticker was left on the new catalytic converter during installation, and in driving after a few minutes, the sticker started burning causing lots of smoke and burning smell. Because I took it to another shop afterwards to have a cat shield installed, they figured it out and did their best to scrape it off
