0 Star : My Experience While the work appears to have been done excellently, the customer service was very lacking. Employees didn't know the status of my vehicle. After promising completion by a certain date, I received an email telling me that the completion date would be more than a week later. Eventually after several calls, i was able to get them to complete the work by the original date. Never again Caliber every time. 5 Star : Repair Quality I can't tell the difference between the repair and the original car. It was well done 5 Star : Customer Service My representative called me everyday and kept me informed via email of the progress. The front desk administrator was very helpful in getting my rental car and walking me through how the logistics would work.
